Dear Visitor,
If you are requesting regular cleanings, please book an initial visit for a quick interview and give the following details
- neighbourhood or postcode
- what sort of frequency of cleaning you need (weekly or forntightly only)
- what would be your ideal for day of cleaning (we can do normal office hours on weekdays)
If you request a quote for one off cleaning please provide the following details
- neighbourhood or area
- number of bedrooms
- number of bathrooms
- number of other rooms (reception room, utility, conservatory, etc)
- number of floors
- oven cleaning is needed (simple, double or with grill section, and also the state of the oven)
- carpet cleaning is needed (rough size of the carpeted areas)
- any special request
Please note, we are unable to clean the followings
- walls
- windows outside
- damaged surfaces
- mould in silicone or gum (the sealing needs to be replaced)
- monthly regular cleanings (for ad-hoc cleanings you will need to book us each time)
