The Service Provider agrees to provide domestic, office cleaning, and ironing services at a customer-specified address. Services include agreed cleaning duties at mutually scheduled times. All cleaners are personally interviewed with checked references. The company provides cleaning materials and equipment in safe, working condition. Time estimates are approximate based on similar-sized homes. Our acceptance of your booking brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your service we will return to your home to re-clean the area/task within 24 hours.
Changes require prior Service Provider approval. Additional services during work must be arranged via phone or email — not directly with the cleaner.
Customers must: provide a safe working environment; ensure unobstructed access; supply utilities (water, electricity, waste bins); disclose hazards beforehand; move heavy items before service; secure fragile/valuable items including cash and jewellery; defrost fridges/freezers; empty kitchen cupboards; ensure ovens are in appropriate condition. If they have not been cleaned since they were purchased we won't be held liable for ingrained dirt.
Cleaners may conduct job safety analyses. The Cleaner may not use or cease using any materials or cleaning equipment if the Cleaner thinks that the use poses a risk to health and safety. Service provision can cease if health/safety risks exist.
The Customer must not, directly or indirectly, engage, employ or contract with any Cleaner for any period during services or for a period within 12 months after the conclusion.
Pricing is based on total hours worked. Any price quoted is an estimate only based on the Service Provider's experience, without inspection. Quotes remain valid 30 days from issue. If actual costs exceed quotes, customers choose between paying increased fees or paying quoted amounts with incomplete service. Customers must specify "end of tenancy cleaning" at quotation. A £10 key collection charge may apply outside postal codes; parking charges apply if arrangements cannot be made.
Services ordered via phone, email, or online bind customers to terms. Customers must disclose hazards at booking. Service Provider quotes at booking time and reserves booking refusal rights. Customers provide email or mobile for confirmation. An acceptance of your order will take place when we receive your completed client instruction form.
Minimum service hours: domestic cleaning (2 hours), spring/deep cleaning (4 hours), end of tenancy (4 hours). Terms governed by UK law; exclusive jurisdiction in relevant UK courts. The Service Provider reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.
Customers pay quoted prices. Accepted methods: bank transfer (weekly/monthly) or cheques (weekly/monthly, payable to Service Provider). If it is not possible to obtain full payment for our services then we can cancel the contract and/or suspend any further bookings.
The Service Provider will collect any outstanding monies owed to us. If as a result we have to use a debt collecting agency or county court to secure payment, you agree to pay any debt collecting agency fees, court fees, legal cost, or interest.
Full payment due within 7 days of invoice. One month after invoice, 20% late fee applies for first month; 10% monthly interest thereafter. The Customer agrees to indemnify the Service Provider for all legal costs and other expenses incurred in connection with a demand, action, or other proceeding.
If cleaners don't arrive within 1 hour of scheduled time: full refund offered or service rescheduling available.
Customers must report dissatisfaction within 24 hours of completion. The Service Provider strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and will endeavour to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. We will not consider any complaints that are notified after a period of 24 hours. Unsatisfied customers are allowed free re-cleaning. We will not be held liable for work not completed if other people or contractors are present in the property. Parking charges apply if unarranged.
Service Provider not responsible for: service non-completion from customer warranty breaches or safety refusal; force majeure events; non-completion from customer/third-party acts; existing dirt, wear, damage, or stains; fabric/surface discolouring after dirt removal; all fragile and highly breakable items, cash, jewellery, items of sentimental value, art and antiques; key replacement/locksmith fees (unless lost by provider); old stains requiring non-standard methods; accidental equipment damage; accidental damage if amounts remain outstanding; alarm system triggering.
While our cleaners will treat your home with great care, accidents can and do happen from time to time. The Service Provider has public and employer's liability insurance. Customers must report incidents within 24 hours (by Monday 12pm if Saturday report). Claims reported later are declined. All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Excluded items: cash, jewellery, sentimental items, art, antiques. Provider may access claim locations within 24 hours for assessment.
You can change the number of hours, and the interval between cleaning visits, by giving at least 24 hours notice before the next cleaning visit.
Domestic Cleaning: Full payment owed for cancellations within 24 hours, lock-outs from cleaner rejection/absent homeowners/key issues, or terminations with less than 7 days notice. Customers may terminate with 24-hour notice before/after first visit only.
End of Tenancy Cleaning: £35 cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours or lock-outs; £35 fee for key problems requiring special effort.
One-Off Deep/Spring Cleaning: £35 cancellation fee for within-24-hour cancellations or lock-outs; £35 fee for key issues requiring special effort.
Cancellation by Service Provider: Company may cancel for insufficient staff, uncovered areas, or incorrect pricing (typographical errors). Cancellation notification via email within 7 days. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected; death/personal injury from negligence not excluded. By entering into a contract with the Service Provider, you agree that after the termination of the cleaning service you will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to you by us. If you do wish to hire or use domestic services provided by such a Cleaner then you must pay a referral fee of £500.
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider. Any use of this website or its contents other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission.

The prices payable for services that you book are as set out in our website. All prices are inclusive of tax at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.

The Service Provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and may do so by publishing an updated agreement on its website. Each updated agreement will take effect 24 hours after it has been published.
